Green Tea can increase physical performance, lowers risk of various types of cancer, lowers risk of Alzheimer’s disease, kills bacteria and lowers risk of infection and lowers risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Black Pepper

Black Pepper

With proven research showing that black pepper is good for weight loss, skin health, respiratory relief and antibacterial reasons, it’s main purpose in the Turmeric 4You blend is to assist the Turmeric. Black pepper enhances the bio-availability of Turmeric which helps prevent the curcumin from the turmeric being digested metabolizing too quickly before it can be properly absorbed.

MCT

MCT

MCT simply stands for medium chain triglycerides, as opposed to long chain triglycerides (LCT), which are found in most foods. MCT is comprised of primarily caprylic and capric fatty acids, and is a light-yellow, odorless, translucent liquid at room temperature. MCT oil occurs naturally in coconut oil and other foods. The addiction of MCT ( Premium Oil ) stabilised in tapioca further increases the Turmeric – Curcumin within Turmeric4You which makes it ultra absorbable into your body.

Tapioca

Some of the health benefits of tapioca include its ability to help in healthy weight gain, increase circulation and red blood cell count, protect against birth defects, improve digestion, lower cholesterol, prevent diabetes, improve metabolic activities, protect bone mineral density, prevent Alzheimer’s disease, protects heart health, and maintains fluid balance within the body.

Stevia

Stevia

Stevia is a natural sugar which gives the Turmierc 4You blend a slightly sweeter taste, but the effects Stevia have on our health are what makes it essential. Stevia helps lower blood pressure and prevent diabetes, helps with weight control, has a positive effect on our metabolism and can also help prevent hayfever and allergies in some cases.
