Returns Policy
At Health2all, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from our online store. Below outlines our commitment to you, underpinned by the Australian Consumer Law.
Our Guarantee
Our products are covered by statutory guarantees and cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure.
Non-Major Failures
In cases where a failure does not constitute a major failure, Health2all reserves the right to choose between providing a replacement or another type of remedy. The cost associated with returning the product to Health2all must be borne by you.
Documentation Needed
To process your compensation claim, you must provide evidence of the loss or damage suffered and proof that this loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable result of Health2all’s failure to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. This evidence might include photographs, statutory declarations, receipts, or reports (for example, from your doctor), depending on the nature of the loss or damage.
Exclusions
Please be aware that we do not accept returns on pet products unless they are faulty. Change of mind returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and condition, which includes all manuals and accessories, and the product must be resale-able.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please first contact Health2all’s customer service at 07 4445 5050. Remember, you can only return items purchased directly from our online store. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
Postage and Handling
If the return is due to change of mind, or for reasons not associated with a product fault, you will be responsible for the postage charges. Ensure that your items are securely packaged as they remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Product Assessment
When we receive your product, we will inspect it to determine the issue and the appropriate solution, whether it be a refund, exchange, or repair. In some cases, if the product is found to have no faults or has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use, or abuse, you may be required to cover the costs we have incurred during the assessment.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions: You must have clear proof of purchase, the product and its packaging must be in their original, unopened, unused condition with all manuals and accessories. In such cases, Health2all will provide a refund.
