Capsules 2Go is a high potency, high curcuminoid formulation. The addition of MCT (medium chain triglyceride from coconut in a tapioca base) allows the body to absorb the turmeric. Capsules 2Go does not need to be taken with food or oil. One capsule delivers a minimum of 4,000mg serving of turmeric. 1 to 2 Capsules 2Go may be consumed daily or opened and sprinkled over cereal or a meal.

Take between 1-3 teaspoons per day for the first 5-10 days. As condition improves decrease to 1 or 2 teaspoon Monday – Friday. (Take Saturday & Sunday off). Most people report great results at this dosage.

At breakfast time, mixed or sprinkled with your food or in a drink of your choice. Also helpful for a good nights sleep, mix one level teaspoon in cup of warm milk and honey or water, before laying your head to rest. Turmeric 4You can be mixed with hot or cold water, sparkling mineral water, yoghurt, muesli, porridge, smoothies and blended drinks, take as a herbal tea or with hot milk (golden Latte) Fantastic in pumpkin soup, stir-fry, spaghetti bolognese and curries, etc. 330g Container: Can last up to three months at one teaspoon per day, (Less depending on usage cooking etc)

I take both the Health2all Advanced Blend Turmeric powder and the Turmeric4You capsules. I have a couple of teaspoons of the powder in almond milk in the mornings and 1 capsule before bed at night. I would not be without these products as they reduce the inflammation I normally have in most of my joints but particularly throughout my arthritic spine. I have less pain and discomfort now in my joints and my spine is more manageable and only slightly stiff in the mornings before I start moving around. I’m sure this product helps my digestion process work properly also. I highly recommend these products.
