Shake gently, remove lid slowly. Each 10ml of Zap Turmeric Elixir delivers: in excess of 4,500mg of turmeric. 2 teaspoons twice daily may be consumed on its own or mixed with juice or water.

My daughter saw this product in Bundaberg , knew I had trouble with arthritis in my hands and shoulder and knee , nearly finished my second bottle ,my knee feels better and my hands feel better.does not take away completely but helps . Have ordered 2 more thanks
